Queensland’s Best Recognised at the 2025 EISSI Awards

Queensland’s surveying and spatial community gathered in Brisbane on Saturday night for the inaugural Queensland Excellence in Surveying & Spatial Information (EISSI) Awards, celebrating innovation, leadership and professional excellence across the State.

Hosted by Surveyors Australia, the black-tie event at Customs House Brisbane honoured outstanding projects and individuals who are shaping the future of surveying and spatial sciences in Queensland. The evening reflected both the strong technical capability and the passion driving the profession forward.

Celebrating Excellence in Surveying and Spatial Information

The EISSI Awards recognise outstanding achievements across the surveying and spatial professions, highlighting technical precision, creativity, and contributions to the community. This year marked Queensland’s first inclusion in the national EISSI Awards program, joining other states in celebrating excellence across Australia.

From complex infrastructure projects to groundbreaking innovation and community impact, the winning entries showcased the incredible breadth and depth of the industry’s capabilities.
