AWARD CATEGORIES -
PROJECTS

infrastructure and construction category

This award recognises those projects that have contributed to planning, designing, developing construction and/or infrastructure.

 

rural cadastral surveying and land titling category

Recognises an individual’s or organisation’s ability to solve the complexities and overcome the difficulties encountered in the definition of Rural boundaries and the creation of land titling in NSW. 

 

extra dimension and innovation category

This award recognises how innovative techniques contribute to the economic performance of industry and solve unusual problems. 

 

urban cadastral surveying and land titling category

Recognises an individual’s or organisation’s ability to solve the complexities and overcome the difficulties encountered in the definition of Urban boundaries and the creation of land titling in NSW. 

 

Community and sustainable environment category

Individuals or companies who have designed a project, developed products or programs that contributed to the improvement of a locality or the environment.

 

surveying project management

Recognises the skills, knowledge and techniques used by an individual or organisation to manage an engineering work or other projects to deliver the desired outcomes.

 
 

THE GRANT KILPATRICK TAFE STUDENT OF THE YEAR AWARD

Representatives from the TAFE colleges currently conducting Surveying or Mapping courses are invited to nominate the top TAFE student from New South Wales.

 

PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION OF THE YEAR

Nominations are called for any NSW organisation that provides land surveying services to the community through a consultancy business of public sector agency which shows excellence in client services, company culture and involvement in the profession and wider community.

UNIVERSITY STUDENT PROJECT OF THE YEAR

University students residing in New South Wales are invited to submit their final year projects for consideration by the 2019 EISSI judging panel. 

 

YOUNG PROFESSIONAL SURVEYOR OF THE YEAR

Nominations are invited for the Young Surveyor of the Year who must be under 35 years of age on 1 July 2019.

 

PROFESSIONAL SURVEYOR OF THE YEAR

Nominations are invited for the NSW Professional of the Year - an individual who has made significant contributions to the profession and community.
